When you register for RE:IGNITE 2027 or sign up for email notifications, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and church affiliation.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve the user experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The RE:IGNITE conference app uses a randomly generated unique device identifier (UDID) to track which lab sessions have the most interest. This identifier is not linked to your personal information and cannot be used to identify you. We use this anonymous data solely to improve conference planning and session offerings.
We use Sentry, provided by Functional Software, Inc., to monitor errors and performance in the RE:IGNITE mobile app and its supporting services. Sentry may receive limited technical information needed to diagnose problems, such as the app version, platform, native build or runtime version, a normalized route, error details, and performance timing information.
Sentry is configured without user identification, session replay, profiling, or broad log collection. We also remove request and response bodies, authorization and cookie headers, ticket and attendee lookup information, QR data, device identifiers, push tokens, notification content, and other sensitive application data before monitoring events are sent.
Sentry processes this information on our behalf to help us maintain reliable and secure services. Its use of information is governed by the Sentry Privacy Policy.
Conference registration is processed through Brushfire. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy. We also use trusted service providers, including Sentry as described above, to operate and maintain our services.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@kingofkings.org
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
